About our privacy policy

Mr Fold values your privacy. We only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Mr Fold. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is April 17, 2025. Upon publication of a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires. Webshop software

MyOnlineStore

Our webshop is built with software from MyOnlineStore. Personal data that you provide will be shared with this party, exclusively for technical support. They do not store personal data for their own purposes and take appropriate security measures.

Webhosting & Email

SiteGround

Our web hosting and email services are provided by SiteGround. They process personal data exclusively on our behalf, and collect anonymous usage statistics. Data is stored protected.

Gmail

For business email we use Gmail. Your emails are treated confidentially. Google does not have access to our mailbox.

Payment transactions

Mollie

For payments we use Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, city and payment details. They apply strict security and can share anonymized data for product improvement. Your data will not be stored longer than legally permitted.

Reviews

WebshopKeur

We collect customer reviews via WebwinkelKeur. When you post a review, your name and email address are shared. Your name is published, and WebwinkelKeur may ask you to explain your review. Your data is treated confidentially and not used for other purposes.

Shipping Partners

PostNL

For delivery we use PostNL. Your name, address and city are shared with them to carry out the delivery. If PostNL uses subcontractors, they can also gain access to this data.

Administration and accounting

Verhulst & Van Gestel

For our accounting we use Founders. Your order data is processed to generate and store invoices in accordance with the legal retention periods. Founders is obliged to maintain confidentiality.

External sales channels

Bol.com

We also sell via Bol.com. If you order via this channel, we receive your order and personal data to process your order. We protect this data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
