Returns and warranty

All Mr Fold handcarts come with a 5-year factory warranty as standard. This means that during this time, in case of defects, you can have the handcarts picked up by us, so that we can repair the ladder or provide you with a new handcarts.

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 30 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason. After reporting your return, you have 14 days to return your order. After receiving your return shipment, the full amount will be credited within 3 working days, provided the item has been returned in good condition. The return costs are €4.95 per package.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging must be returned to the entrepreneur within 14 days after notification of the return.

Register return

Do you want to report your order as return? Then follow the steps below:

1. Click here and generate a return label.
2. Bring your trolley to the nearest parcel point or have it picked up by UPS (there are no additional costs for collection by UPS).
   
3. Once we have received the return and you have sent an email to info@mr-fold.com that the order has been returned, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days.
