All Mr. Fold wagon comes standard with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. This means that during this time, in case of defects, you can have the wagon picked up by us so that we can repair the ladder or provide you with a new wagon.

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 30 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason. After reporting your return, you still have 14 days to return your order. Upon receipt of your return the full amount will be credited within 3 business days, provided the item is returned in good condition. The return costs are €4.95.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur within 14 days after notification of the return.

Was your order shipped with PostNL, DHL or DPD and would you like to notify your return? Then follow the steps below:

1. Click here and generate a return label.
2. Bring your wagon to the nearest parcel point.
3. Once we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price within 3 business days.
